Product features
1635A is a special modified hydroxyl containing UV resin characterized by low viscosity, fast reaction speed, excellent leveling and fullness, low hydroxyl content, moderate hydroxyl reaction activity, and long activation period when combined with an appropriate proportion of aliphatic isocyanate curing agent. For automotive interior plastic parts, commonly used ABS+PC substrates and water transfer printing on ABS+PC substrates, single component and dual component PU coatings have excellent adhesion performance. Paired with 1635B, it is specifically used for the UV photothermal dual curing system application of automotive interior plastic parts.
